Is it a coincidence or is it because they feel that they are less threatened by ISAF?"
A Nato spokesman said: "We are aware of the problem and reducing the cultivation of poppy will be an effort of the international community."
PS Eu conheço a comunidade da aldeia dos meus pais e avós, essa da Internacional é que não sei o que é. Será aquela que transforma qualquer conflito local e regional no mundo numa questão de princípio - como a que transformou um pequeno problema entre a Austria e a Servia na desgraça que foi o resto do século 20?
