Porque existe "Salário Mínimo" imposto por legislação? Porque os prejudicados estão em minoria. E a liberdade individual não interessa para nada. Só para o aborto. Quanto à protecção da parte mais fraca, só para proibir que se celebre um contrato voluntário.
Mas a parte mais fraca são os prejudicados na sua liberdade individual. A parte forte é o poder político.
